Chicken Enchiladas in the Cypress Area

After a long day helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, I like to enjoy a nice meal with the family.

I have been on a Chicken Enchilada kick lately. Each time I go into a Mexican restaurant, that is the only thing I get.

 As time has gone on, and I have made my way to most of my favorite places to eat in the Cypress Area, I decided to make notes about what I like and do not like about each restaurant’s offering of Chicken Enchiladas.

Gringo’s

 

 

Gringo’s serves you three shredded chicken enchiladas topped with a sour cream sauce. The enchiladas are a good size, and the portion of meat inside is good.

It comes with the typical rice and refried beans. I always get the charro

On January 29th, 2018, I had a person sign up on my site to look at some homes. I reached out with an email, and asked if there was anything I could do to help him. That was the start of 7 month relationship with a great family!

We communicated back and forth, got two areas narrowed down which where Cypress, Texas, and League City, Texas. They had friends that lived in League City, so they wanted to check that out, and also liked what they saw in Cypress. I got them in touch with a lender, and they started their pre-approval. This was hard, since they didn't have a credit report in the US, only Canada. He had a social security number, since he worked for a company that had locations here, and so, he was going to transfer to a Houston, Texas
